Off I went to ring CS and before I get to the phone number - this has been added to the page - I swear it was not there previously.

Anyway, CS inform me - Store holders CANNOT auto-relist - they need to use GTC and that all these changes happened in March.

His words, not mine - Stores deserve this feature !  Auto relist only happens 3 times, GTC is ongoing so is better for the store.

(Me thinks, if we are so deserving of this feature, why wasn't it pointed out to us somewhere along the way ??  And is that one of the reasons they have altered the promotional offers for stores perhaps ? (Referring to the two offers of Free Lisings - only for items over $100)

If Store holders use GTC, the first listing counts as a listing (so will use up Freebies), but when it rolls over after 30 days (then corrected himself and said 20 days) it will NOT use Freebies or count as a new listing.

Also checked, active listings (with more than 12 hours to go) can be revised to GTC and that will not count incurr any fees.

I questioned the fact that stores involved in discussions on the boards have Auto-relist and his comment was, they must have received the offer prior to March.

So, as I'm in a bit of a hurry, I did not question, what is the difference between Business and Store, he repeatedly referred to store & never mentioned Business, nor did I question his mention of  20 days -  I'll follow through on those another day, and perhaps when I get  a chance to start revising all my listings (headache !) it will show up then whether it's a 20 or 30 day rollover.

At last, if the information is correct (wink wink - haven't spoken to the other hand yet) we might have some answers.
