So the dress arrived today....and I cannot find any fault with the zip, but I knew that (I check all my items).

 

I have issued a refund via Paypal, but am sure that I will still cop a negative as I have read some of the buyers comments and feedback, and they are not very kind towards sellers.

 

Anyway, thank you for the tips and the support.  It seems like I inadvertently opened a can of worms! Smiley Embarassed
