Its crazy...

We sell items that are a set containing a baby headband and a pair of matching barefoot sandals or foot flowers.

We tried listing them in baby hair accessories and they pinged us for it. Cancelled the listings.

So we moved them to baby footwear and then they pinged us for that too. Cancelled the listings again.

So we asked them where we should be listing them... and they said in the "other" category.

And yet they will let Chinese sellers get away with it. There are literally hundreds of these same style of items from Chinese sellers listed in the same two categories they pinged us for. 

We even reported a few of the offending Chinese sellers listings but nothing was done about them.

Just seems like plain discrimination to us.
