Wait the 4 mandatory days for payment. Then open a unpaid item dispute. message the buyer to say ignore the UPI dispute request for payment and that you will close the dispute in another 4 days to get the return of the fees you have paid on the item. This way buyer cops a strike for being a numpty and you don't risk getting a defect on your account for cancelling.
