Going against the grain I guess, as those terms wouldn't bother me in the slightest.



1 - If you don't receive confirmation of your order / shipping advice within a certain time-frame, please contact us. No problems there.



2 & 3 - comes across to me as the exact same feedback practice many (many) sellers have - i.e. not leaving FB unless it's received first, and that a pos received is taken as a general indication that the item arrived and all is well. No, I wouldn't have such things on my own listing, but still not hitting the back button...



4 - Please don't leave negs without contacting us about the issue, if you do, we will assume you don't want the issue resolved. Again, I don't have a problem with that at all, especially since I would never leave a neg without contacting a seller. 



I'm guessing those sellers who follow those practices don't want to advise their customers of said practices because it would reduce sales....??
