Hello, thanks for that. I am quite certain that he has changed his postal address after he realized his purchase was going to his old address. He had only two items with feedback (both from buyers) so I would say he had not thought to change his postage address.
I'm am livid that paypal and ebay just take over and refund the buyer without answering my question about when he changed his details. I have provided tracking details and ebay notification including his address. Anyhow, I am down $43.50 plus fvf and it seems ebay and paypal only considers the buyer,
