If I am selling something for 500, I list it for 550.

If I sell something for 10,000, fee is capped at 250.

If I sell a car or caravan for 20,000, fee is capped at 60.

And 40 free listings per month that becomes 160 free if I opt for the 3 free relists.

Not bad for the number of hits ebay gets IMO.
