The messages I was getting from them came through PayPal after the dispute was open. It confused me given they had paid via bank deposit. I had to login to PayPal to print the messages out for court and I also printed the messages from the eBay messages for the correspondence prior to the dispute. I still have them all, I can scan them in to show you if you like (I'll have to buy a scanner first though).
