Hi everyone,

I was testing out selling on my second account and sold a game. The seller did not pay or respond to any messages after 4 days so i opened and closed a payment not received case.

When looking at the fees for the account after the item sold I noticed that there was no FVF, and after the case close it said i did not receive back a FVF credit (which makes sense if there was no fee in the first place).

My question is how is this possible? Every time I have sold an item there has always been a FVF from ebay under my account fees, but on this account there is no record of ever receiving fees.

Any ideas would be appreciated, just stumped.
