Have you tried pulling their contact details and giving them a ring? Such a thing sounds so uncharacteristic that I'm wondering if they've had a really bad accident or perhaps even died, although having said that, you still need to continue with the UPIs in order to recover your fees. I can understand how you must be feeling though and sincerely hope that the situation is resolved to everybody's satisfaction.
