Please check your facts very carefully. My account was not cancelled due to low DSRs. The lowest DSRs were 4.9. My account was cancelled because of the number of cancelled transactions.
And as for feedback, there were 2-3 that left bad feedback because of this but my overall feedback is still 99.6 of >12000. To achieve that you need to consistently provide good service.
I placed my store in holiday mode earlier this year as the wife and i went overseas on a holiday. We were expecting and thought we would not get the chance to do it after the little one was born. Anyway, when your store is in holiday mode, there is a message that this seller is away and if you purchase the item there will be a delay in sending the item. Do you know how many buyers did not even pay attention to this and left me negative feedback because the item was not sent for a month? Did i kick up a stink? Should it be different when the shoe is on the other foot?
