The listing is against the pre-sale policy published on the site map excerpt below.  Whether general policies such as these apply to larger sellers such as the GOOD GUYS I do not know.  It may fall outside the requirements of pre-sale requirements of the Australian Consumer Law also, but not across those specifics.

Cats, I suggest you look at the Item Number posted by Lou before you also weigh in to bad mouth The Good Guys....it is not even their listing and it is not a particularly big seller.
