Paypal would not issue a refund without you telling them to unless either the goods were returned or they gave Paypal sufficient proof that the items were significantly not as described and that returning them would be more expensive than the refund would warrant.

 

If you chose to refund before getting the items back then it is not ebay or |Paypal's fault that the buyer chooses to ignore your request for a refund. If you really think it is worth the cost of paying to get them back you can send them a letter telling them they must mzke them available to be picked up by your courier (at your expense) or you will issue a claim through the courts but I wouldn't have thought the time and effort needed would be worth it.

 

Obviously the buyer was not happy with what they received and giving out a refund does not mean they will not leave a neg especially if they think they have a duty to warn other buyers.

 

Don't waste any more time, there are no grounds for feedback removal.
