Oh that's weird. Does it say how many verifications you need to answer?

I have no probs answering queries but I am 3xverified (phone, addy & CC). Can't remember why I have 3, but makes me think that some time in the past I must have been prompted to add another to access something.....can't see myself being bothered doing it 3 times otherwise.

If you click on your 'my account' tab it will show your verification status....maybe check there first to make sure both have gone through. Can't remember if it's instant or if it takes time to get into the system.
