I was well aware of what you'd been through as a few of us had discussed it via PMs, and I'm sorry to hear that eBay were no more helpful to you than they were to me. As far as I'm concerned, eBay have dropped the ball on this one big time, as they had no right to release my personal information to her.

I've already discussed the issue with eBay via 3 emails, all of which received similar responses to yours. However, as I mentioned earlier, I also spoke with CS and the rep agreed that eBay had done the wrong thing and an investigation has been started. Well that's just not good enough as they've knowingly breached their own User Agreement as well as the Law, and I intend taking this as far as is legally possible.
