Requirements are there as a guideline but everyone's circumstances are different. Here is what I was told:

*Ebay*. 04:40:26 I was able to check on the details here and based on our resources the automatic relist option is only available for new casual seller's these are seller's who are not not a store owner, business registered or a powerseller. Looking at the account though, I can see that you are now a powerseller, this disable you having the items relisted automatically when unsold.

*Ebay*. 04:43:35 Actually this also affect business registered account, this includes powerseller's.

It may be because my wife and I run another (business) account that generates our income - and they have combined the 2 together and have denied me the use of the feature on this account. But I always qualify for the free listings when they are given for non-store owners. Consistent it ain't.

Thankful for what we get, but I would have liked this feature.
