Yeah, I'll tell you why I didn't bother with putting her on my block list- because everything about her was petty and I wanted to forget. How could a 'mature' woman be so bloody horrible?

She wouldn't sell me the gate I had bought from her while I was on her doorstep- she knew full well I lived 2 hours away.

She then started the whinge thread about me when she wouldn't sell me the gate I had won on ebay.

If you look at the 3 neg feedback posts she has given, she says she has put the magazines into the bin already- that isn't rational on so many levels... she could have claimed through paypal etc. 

ebay had a duty of care to me but the forum moderator breached that back in 2011 by allowing the 'how to get revenge' post to stand.

Ebay is liable for defamation now.

Who else remembers this from a few years back?
