There were multiple changes being made to Markdown Manager for this month and one of this is listings with Best Offer can no longer be placed on sale.

Here are the full list of requirements in creating a sale:

•Most sales are processed within an hour.
•Items can be discounted 5% to 50%.
•A sale can be 1 to 28 days.
•A listing must be live on site for 2 days before it can be placed on sale.
•Listings that accept Best Offers can't be placed on sale.
