I sat down and starred all of the buyers and my own messages in the email, then made sure that i had the screen shot of the postage up on the screen, wrote out a list of the messages sent and the dates to make sure i had all the info ready to call. then realised that eBay support closes at 5. D'oh!

The first thing to come up is previous sales, asking if you need help with any of them. click the shoes, and she'll be about to get help! 

Your mate may be able to get the feedback removed if they are swearing in it... I dunno if they say bleep or what ever naughty word.... 

off topic i bought a "used" pair of shoes off a seller a while ago.... She wrote worn once... i nearly fell over when i got them... worn once as in tried on? I thought! Love them!
