I hope they won't give you the smeg they gave me, eg:
- We are sorry that you are upset but the buyer's feedback doesn't fit in any of our feedback removal policies.
- To the buyer this is still a negative experience, therefore...
I honestly don't know how to get ebay to stand just once on the seller's side, I tried a few times with very good cases against buyers and all lost, even if the buyer's action was clearly wrong and viloates ebay's policies. The ebay customer service team will gang up on you, one by one they stand and support their team member's initial decision.
