I'm pretty stoked about it. i was all revved up for a polite arguement and to demand supervisors! 

I don't think i'm going to message the buyer. If she has more problems it's not my fault or responsiblity. 

I'm so sick of her rudeness, that i might sit down and hand write her a message and then rip it up!!! 

As for the naming and shaming, i wish i could too. can it go in a private message? 

I've been checking out her fb, she leaves funny positives...
