I was reading sellers negative feedbacks last night and was surprised how many I saw with just that "I should have read the description, I thought they would be bigger". Why neg the seller because YOU didn't read the description? It seems this practise is endemic.

I learned to read descriptions thoroughly a few years back when I bought something and didn't read the description properly. I only skimmed over it. What I bought was much smaller than I thought, but when I went back to the listing, it was all there in black and white. All the sizes, weights, etc were 100% accurate. Leaving the seller a neg never crossed my mind.

I don't think a seller should have to say in their listings that the photos are taken on the Macro setting......or should they, to protect themselves from these idiots who don't read descriptions, sizes etc?
