I guess we will all find out what will happen. I am going to go about things like I normally do. If issues start to arise I will just stop selling stuff through paypal. If things are fine then I will continue, I bet their will be a few buyers who will try to and be successful for starters by taking advantage of this but I think it will settle down and buyers will realise they will lose many great sellers who offer the best and brilliant deals if they do try to take advantage of this. Don't worry now, worry if it happens to you. You maybe unaffected but some people will be, hopefully the honset sellers will all be fine!!!
