Recently, I had noticed that we had been left several 1's and 2's, which was very inconsistent with the feedback that we had received. After a little back tracking I came to believe that a few of my competitors were purchasing some of my cheaper items, leaving great feedback and marking me low to sabotage my DSR and possibly force down our TRS status. I contacted Ebay and made a point about it and they said they would look into it for me.

Imagine my surprise just before Christmas when I received an email from Ebay letting me know that they has reviewed my DSR and my allegations, and had "taken action to protect my TRS status and removed the 1's and 2's from my account. 😉 Apparently my little hunch was right after all. Not the best story I Know but i felt like I had won one for the little guy lol
