You were trying to sell iphones, they always attract scammers. I would suggest blocking buyers from overseas. I would also set your buyer requirement blocks so that people with low feedback that haven't been through phone verification can't bid on your items. Most scammers have low feedback and haven't been phone verified.

To block overseas buyers, you need to do that in your site preferences as opposed to just not offering international shipping.
