Does the Email you want to reply to have a bit attached that says do not reply as that Email addy is not

monitored?

You haven't gone over the allowable characters,(eg: the reply is to big).

Otherwise try clearing Cookies and Cache maybe,(as that seems to fix some eBay problems).
