I don't know why ebay don't offer more free listings. They know a lot of sellers only list with free listings. The rest of the time their items sit as unsold. Ebay can't make any money from fees from items sitting in unsold. If They offered more free listings, they would make more money. It's not rocket science, just basic logic.

You taught me well Master thunbs up.gif

I dunno so much.   You teach me lots when I'm just lurking.        big grin smiley.gif

Spoiler

I did see you ventured into Community Spirit t'other day.

Matriarchs of the board were not impressed by your post.

Ne'er mind, little sheepie

I wasn't worried about upseting anyone, I was trying to bait the rat. I never went back to see whether she took the bait or not.

Nah, she never came back either.  Mods have threatened to lock that thread

twice so far.  Or is it 3 times?

Talk about posters getting their knickers in a knot

And posters do get their knickers in a knot when they don't get

free listings.   (Did ya see what I did there?)

I did 🙂

I think it might be 'generation entitled' that makes the most demands for free listings. They expect everything for nothing and expect people to jump at their demands. Quite sad really.

Some get really upset when they're told NO too!

I don't think it is at all unreasonable for people to expect free listings when they have been offered them fortnight after fortnight for a considerable amount of time.

The OP is not demanding free listings just enquiring if anyone has a link......

Quite right, the OP was just inquiring about a link.    big grin smiley.gif

But a lot,  a lot,  a lot of sellers do demand.  They even ring ebay and demand.    riot act smiley.gif

And FYI - the free listings are not every fortnight.  Only when ebay offers.  working smiley.gif

Which is anyone's guess.

Stores have been lucky to get them, maybe, every 4 - 6 weeks

Well, if they'd scrolled past the new message button, they would have seen for themselves that no-one had posted a link. There's even that little search bar at the top of every page where they could have searched for free listings to see that no-one has posted a current link.
