People aren't turning anything around, just providing differing views, and noting discrepancies.
There are lots of things other people do that I don't.....like start threads about things other people do that I don't 
, and what does it really matter? Do you believe people shouldn't do things you don't, or that your beliefs and opinions should create some sort of expectation or model for other people's behaviour?
I'm asking you genuine questions here, not trying to be rude or "turn things around" or anything else, just curious about what you thought the outcome of your thread 'should' have been.
Here's another question to think about....
If eBay was such good value for money for what it is and in comparison to what you get with a B&M, why do they have to offer special, discounted packages to well-established sellers (who already have physical stores) in order to get and keep them here? Doesn't that tell you that business owners don't see the value in eBay as normal members like yourself, and me, and everyone who has come to the boards to complain, unless they get better value than the rest of us? If eBay was so great in comparison to their physical stores, they wouldn't need special deals, would they?
