DHL Dear Vita, thanks for your message. We have seen the video which features careless handling of packages into a truck carrying the DHL logo. We are currently looking into the issue, to determine the involvement of DHL employees or suppliers. We would like to emphasise that the handling shown in the video is not in line with the high standards that DHL expects of its employees and suppliers. Sincerely, Ben
