How do I cancel a postage label after 5 days?

Hi there,

 

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction - I printed a regular postage label via ebay and then the buyer requested the item be sent express post. Which I have now done.

How can I request a refund on the unused label after the 5 days has expires?

I meant to do it earlier though have been busy and just missed the 5 day period.

Contact Customer Service and request a refund. It will, however, take up to 25 days for the credit to come through.

Worth trying by contacting eBay by phone, but their policy for label cancellation is, must be done withing 5 days of creating it.
