I take tonnes of photos nowadays, especially for orders with multiple quantity. I take photos of items with the buyer's address (printed with dymo), also the packaging, tracking number on the satchels with buyer's address affixed before posting at my local AP and get a lodgement receipt.
For small items, i check buyer's feedback left for others and slap a registered sticker when necessary.
A lot of work to cover my ass, but since no one else will help, it's worth the effort.
