Cases are decided by bots & for the buyer.

 

The seller has to fight with multiple CS reps who don't know the rules or apply them.That is the only chance the seller has to dispute it-after the refund.There is very little & by that i mean no support or interest in evidence,which is obvious by the eBay response "it is the cost of doing business".

 

HFR etc trumps any policy that a seller includes in a listing.It may deter some buyers just trying it on but the more determined ones know how to get what they want.

 

There is a title in blue on my Selling page with the title something about simplify selling which is a right laugh because eBay made it so much more difficult & dangerous.The only way to simplify selling in the current system is by not doing it at all.
