Yes, I've heard all the talk about the mobile app, but I've had it happen with customers using both a mobile and a desktop, this one was just the final straw.

 

And as for the emails, not so sure about that - because when I sent the Combined invoices, the number of invoices sent increased to 2 for all items - then after she was able to pay for two items, the remaining item then showed - no invoices sent - as I mentioned earlier this wonderful customer did not need nor deserve all this carp (she lost her sister just two weeks ago to breast cancer and was buying pink cancer awareness bracelets for herself and two other sisters).  I cannot convey how distressed I have been over this bungled mess, not because of the system so much as because this should have been a simple transaction - the unreliable, inefficient & totally unprofessional system in no way reflects the way I like to operate and I feel so bad for my customer.

 

Sorry, I'm just really upset about the whole mess

 

PS  She has now received the second invoice and paid and the bracelets are on their way to her
