I sell very little on ebay but this is the last I think.  This is the third in a row where I just do not hear from the buyer and this time I have no patience. 

Do I have to follow some sort of procedure or can I just go ahead and offer it as a second chance?   Does the original buyer then get to post negative feedback?

Never gone to a second chance offer before and I really do not know how patient I have to be with the original  purchaser if they dont respond to emails.

They have a mixed bag of feedback.

Is this common ebay practice or have I just struck three in a row?

It was supposed to be a quick sale.... ugh.
