For items that are not paid, find the more action, click/touch that, then resolve problem, buyer has not paid, and follow through, four days later if you have not been paid close the case, that way ebay gives you credit for your fvf, buyer gets a strike, as for second chance someone else will have to give you insite to that, im not 100% shure how you do it, try site map.
