Hi Hamsy, my sales are down massively, too.  Virtually over night my trade on eBay if half of what is used to be. My sales have not been this low on eBay in years. I contacted eBay too see what insight they might offer on this and they sent patronising message back saying perhaps it was competitors, or that perhaps my items were not saleable at this time of year, and that they have no control over what buyers do (duh, well, obviously! - but they do control what buyers SEE!). Usually this is my busiest time of year, and for one key category in my store there are no new competitors. I can only conclude that the 'spring release' is to blame. If only they were more transparent about how their search algorithm works then perhaps we would have a better idea of how to respond.

You're right about being flexible. It's the only way to survive this online selling game! I'll be putting more of my efforts into other websites where I sell my products, including my own, instead of eBay. It's just not a fair playing field here anymore.
