If you run into this, ask them how they are paying.


I've lost count how many times I've had issues with Combined invoices over the last few months, so now when I send them I send a separate message explaining there are issues with the mobile app & so if possible they are better to use a desktop to pay if possible - I had 3 on Thursday.  Have had several customers who don't have access to a desktop, so the way around it I found is to send them a Request to Pay via PayPal & then once paid I mark their order accordingly.

 

All very inefficient & looks quite unprofessional. I explain it's an eBay issue, but I'm sure many Buyers think it's my fault.
