This is definiely like the original situation.  I had none - every time I tried to Download that wretched report, all I got was Congratulations, yet eBay reckoned I had 4 Defects !!  And I've always had full 5 Stars - 100%

Does my head in some days, so figure best just to forget about it & move forward doing the best I can
