Yeah we tagged is as mailed on Friday 31st October (shows that date on the transaction record). So yes just one day before the MBG rules started up. Forgot about the start date for that.

And it's outside the PayPal 45-day INR rule by 9-days. And only 6-days until her ability to give any FB ends.

I want to replace the lost items for her, but I'm a bit annoyed that someone can take this long to realise they did not receive their item.

Anyway I sent her back a message with all the usual questions in it, and stating that we would be happy to replace the items if they really prove to be lost. They might just mysteriously show up yet IYKWIM !

If it took this long to reaslise they had not arrived we may never get an answer to the questions.
