It's stupid because buyers have wondered if something is wrong with their item & also some may click that alluring blue button to see what it's all about.I have that blue beacon of defects still dawdling around like some seedy desperate street hooker, next to items that i have already left +fb for.
It's right there next to items that i bought before the ugly MBG started.
I leave +fb means i have examined the item, found no defects & I'm happy with it.It should end there.
ebay don't care either way,as they already pimped out for the transaction fee. There have been very detailed studies about the likelihood of impulse purchases based on a money back guarantee. Many thousands of eBayers were used as study subjects without their knowledge over several years (i might have time to add a link to research & results later if anyone is interested in the full thing).
If eBay were so worried about buyers returning,it would keep an eye on fraudulent listings & fraudulent sellers. It does not.
It will walk over & wipe it's corporate feet on buyers & sellers alike to make it's pimping fee.
Even street hookers aim for more than a lowly .30c transaction fee & I'm sure their insertion fee is relatively higher & no returns ![]()
