I use a Brother QL570 thermal label printer which should cost you around $80
6 Rolls of DK22205 30.5M x 6.2cm labels (Brother compatible with a reusable holder) from eBay seller bestdealsoz cost $48.
The printer is very fast and has a built in guillotine.
It comes with very good software and you can set up templates.
It will also print banners if you need.
I print the same size labels as you want and should get 900 per roll.
Cost per label is $0.008 each (less than 1 cent)
It's a wonderful little printer which can also do barcodes for stock.
The labels from bestdeals are very good and very very sticky.
I've been using this arrangement for 6 months now and haven't lost a letter.
I just open the order details and copy and paste to the Brother software.
Now if only I could find the time to barcode a few thousand books everything would be lovely!
