Hi guys

Someone purchased a bather from my store, never bothered to make payment.

After I sent him/her a message, I only got a simple answer:

" I didn't purchase it".

Well...ok, that's kinda silly enought already.

I replied his/her message politely, then sent out a transaction cancellation request, reason: "buyer purchased by mistake or changed mind".

Now after 3 days, he/she denied the request.

The bather is priced at $40 so FVF is not much, I don't mind losing few dollars; but what if I sold something priced $400 or even more? Is there anything I can do to get FVF back?

There is no option to open unpaid case anymore.
