It could be that your IE browser is not up to date, so has become incomprtible with it. Try updating it, but I'd suggest you seriously look at using another browser such as Chrome.
I used to be someone who used IE only for more than a decade because it was so well integrated into Windows, but over time it had more and more problems with modern websites so I've had to give up on it.
Programs like Chrome and Firefox do the job so much more smoothly.
