Really Need someone's help!!!!!

I'll try and make it short.

 

I posted a couple of days ago on here "just venting"....anyhow, had no response from buyer as to why they left the negative feedback (this was what I was told to do by Ebay cs) and after 3 days to call CS back and they would remove the feedback.

 

Just rang them and they said that there is no proof that he received the item within the timeframe. My comment was "my holiday settings was on until the 5th, he left feedback on 11th (sunday) so he would have had to receive the goods on the friday as AP dont deliver on the weekends, so thats 5 days. Well within the delivery time. She said that they cant prove that bla bla bla. She also said that he wrote "the protector is a disaster aswell', my response (as I said in my previous thread), it's not my fault he cant put it on properly.

 

Anyway, my question is, I need to respond to the negative feedback but i want something really good to say.

 

Help!!!!
