Hey sheep, did as you suggested. Rang them today and asked to speak to a supervisor, not sure If I was transferred to one, but some other twang came on the phone. Explained the whole story again and low and behold...they can't do anything because he actually has 2 comments relating to the sale in the one feedback. His comment of "protector is a disaster" is his option and he is entitled to it.
I said to him "so if I buy an outfit which states one size fits all, and I recieve it and it doesn't fit, I can then say in my feedback, item was **bleep** cause it didn't fit, cause that's my opinion" and trash someone's seller account. I wish I was a fly on the wall there because he had no idea what to say. In the end, I told them thye are useless, pathetic and should learn to speak English (hope that doesn't offend anybody), sick of speaking to people who don't understand that this is my lively hood, my income, the reason there is food on the table, yet they sit behind a desk, receive their weekly wage, go home and not give a cr*p about any of us sellers, then hung up.
Felt heaps better after that.......neg is still there though.
