Re the discount, it has ended as of 31st Dec.

I also am waiting on all of November, part of October and obviously December.  I spoke to CS and advised in Nov it showed I had received some of the postage discount refunded however my Dec invoice had none at all. I am owed overall around $130.00 over the past 3 invoices but have only received a total of $16!!

CS person says they have to wait for AUS POST to send in their reports to confirm the parcels were weighted at 500grms. Fair enough however to still be waiting on discounts from October seems very lax.

CS person says I may not see any refund discounts until my Feb invoice due to the high volume ebay has had over the Xmas period.

OK I said. I got a reference number for the conversation and also asked the CS person to send me a message confirming what he told me. So I that now I will be definately following up if no refunds come in Feb.

I have printed out all the .72cents refund I should receive.

Hopefully ebay will honour their promotion - fingers crossed.
