I'm more confused by the back and forward of posters who have been here for so long, maybe it is the heat ?

TB's advice, while sometimes hard to understand on a legal level, is usually golden, and the other members usually give pretty good advice as well, so this bickering is beyond me.

People, we can't all be experts on all things, some of us will know more about one thing than another, and together, hopefully a members questions can be answered.

With this thread, I think the OP (who hasn't been back since the OP BTW)  is more confused than they would have been in the beginning.  I know I am
