yes.. nothing.  That combined with the fact that our post office is randomly shut during business hours for half the day or more... it's tough doing business with AusPost.  I'm going to expand my range soon to larger items, when that happens I think I'm going to switch to a courier.   AusPost regularly hurts my business.
