Overdue Express Item

Last Monday 27th we sent an express post 500-gram satchel.

It was within the express network so should have been delivered next day, but tracking showed in transit.

I contacted the buyer about it but have had no response.

 

A week later and tracking still shows in transit.

I guess no news is good news as the buyer has not said anything.

If there is a problem they will contact you. Believe me you are putting ideas in their heads by doing that. Stop contacting your buyers regarding late or missing parcels.

Did you remember to sign the declaration on the front.  I know I've forgotten to do that a couple of times, then it goes normal post.

Yes I did sign the front. My local PO always double check that I have done that.
And you are right Harley. I do need to stop doing that.
I'm sure they will complain soon enuff if they don't get what they paid for.

I did this when I first started selling I am positive I cost myself money.

Last Monday 27th - should that be Tues 27th? Monday was Australia Day.

Yes you're right am*3. Don't know where I got Monday from. Must have been thinking first day of the week and typed Monday. Sorry. LOL.
