I hit the back button really fast when I see that a seller describes things as accurate as possible, or to the best of their ability. I usually read that to mean they make "a few mistakes", and as too many sellers don't think they have to be responsible for their own mistakes I prefer to avoid the possibility.
I especially run very fast in the opposite direction when a seller says a buyer can never make a mistake, yet it's okay if they do! I see it quite often where sellers expect payment virtually straight away but they don't expect to post straight away. I'm not saying everything should be done to suit only the buyer, but if a seller thinks they're the only one who matters they won't get my business!
Seller can't even count to 5 because there are two number 4's.
